A proud two-time graduate of Valdosta State University, she holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, along with professional certifications including PMP and Scrum Master.

Sczeny began her career in public service, serving on the executive staff of Mayors Kasim Reed and Keisha Lance Bottoms in the City of Atlanta. Her leadership spanned multiple departments—including Executive Offices, Construction, and Information Technology—where she played a key role in transformative civic initiatives like the

Transitioning to the private sector, Sczeny managed complex technology integration and implementation projects at Cisco Systems and Bank of America, including payment processing terminals, cybersecurity infrastructure, and data center solutions. Her ability to lead high-impact projects across industries has earned her a reputation as a skilled strategist with strong execution capabilities.

Today, as a Project Manager, Sczeny remains committed to delivering results that drive efficiency, innovation, and positive community impact.
